Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the design team, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, and scope compliance; validate designs and act as the technical interface. Act as the technical interface among various departments Coordinate and supervise the design team in developing projects after the Sales Kick-Off, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with the defined scope; validate layouts, detailed engineering drawings, equipment sizing, conveyors, geared motors, and machine components, ensuring standardization and optimization of solutions; act as the technical interface between Sales, PMO, Procurement, and Installation teams, monitoring schedules, supporting field execution, and leading standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
