Proven experience in logistics and leadership **Responsibilities** * Manage and supervise vehicle loading activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery; * Plan, coordinate, and maintain warehouse organization, ensuring inventory control, accuracy, and optimal use of physical space; * Supervise the order picking process performed by the sales team, ensuring compliance with requests and established deadlines; * Conduct and monitor goods reconciliation (inbound and outbound), periodic inventories, and discrepancy control; * Lead and guide the warehouse/storeroom team, promoting sound operational practices; * Implement and monitor logistics performance indicators and process improvements. **Requirements** * Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, and/or storeroom operations, preferably in a leadership role; * Ability to work independently, strategically, and collaboratively; * Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and detail-oriented skills; * Proactive profile focused on results and continuous improvement; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.227,01 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
