We value innovation, ethics, and proactive ownership, collectively building a long-term, positive-impact trajectory. **What We Are Looking For:** * A professional with strong operational management capabilities, analytical vision, and results orientation, responsible for leading last-mile distribution operations with focus on performance, quality, and efficiency. Proactive involvement is expected in operational monitoring, hub distribution management, integration between owned fleet and transportation partners, SLA compliance, route and capacity optimization, dispatch team management, KPI tracking, and driving continuous improvement initiatives through PDCA and digital process transformation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and controlling last-mile operations, proactively addressing deviations. * Operational management of the distribution hub, integrating owned fleet and transportation partners. * Managing delivery performance and quality, ensuring SLA compliance. * Managing, prospecting, and developing transportation partners. * Optimizing routes and capacity, focusing on productivity, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. * Managing the dispatch team and vehicle loading/unloading processes. * Tracking and managing operational KPIs. * Leading continuous improvement plans, applying PDCA and advancing processes through digital transformation. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
