**What we expect from you:** * High school diploma. * Experience in receiving, checking, picking, and moving goods. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered a plus. * Prioritization skills are desirable. * Ability to learn, practice, and consistently respect company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING GOODS: + Performs quantitative and qualitative receipt of commercial and non-commercial goods (equipment, office supplies, etc.), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, measurements, reference, tone, expiration date, etc. + Prepares physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant information about received goods (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) on the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores goods at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-prone items, ensuring goods delivered to retail are available for sale. + Sorts goods according to flow typology—store goods versus warehouse goods. + Releases goods for storage in Store or Warehouse, contacting the Restocking or Storage team to carry out storage (receiving note). + Conducts anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative inspection of received goods, efficient vehicle flow in the Goods Receiving yard, and correct handling of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cages, etc.). + Keeps equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) organized. + Performs safe pallet stacking to avoid damage to property and people. + Maintains the receiving area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage items validated by Retail, performing qualitative and quantitative inspection and placing shrinkage items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Retail, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Stock), identifies products, and informs Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations to goods, maintaining physical space reservation and rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers goods to customers promptly and courteously, loading them into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and checks goods, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them available for customer pickup at the Goods Pickup Area or for carrier pickup (home delivery). * RESTOCKING: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes orders chronologically, and releases them for billing. + Provides telephone customer service regarding delivery timelines. + Informs the Logistics Supervisor of any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in smooth warehouse slotting (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes daily canceled RSS orders. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during goods picking. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential goods-related issues. + Reports goods-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the point of reference for the Goods Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Respects safety regulations.
