Job Summary: A professional responsible for handling, assembling, disassembling, transporting, and changing molds, as well as preparing and adjusting injection molding machines for the production process. Participation in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. Job Specification MOLD CHANGER Salary: To be negotiated \+ Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance \+ Basic Food Basket \+ Medical Plan (after probation period) \+ Wellhub (after probation period) \+ Performance Bonus \+ Profit Sharing (PLR) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 5:30 AM to 1:36 PM, and Saturdays from 5:30 AM to 11:30 AM (1-hour lunch break \+ 15-minute coffee break) \- (Please note that NO meals are provided on-site). Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role; completed high school education. NR12 (safety standards for injection molding machine operations), injection molding machine preparer, hands-on experience in mold assembly, disassembly, handling, transportation, and replacement for injection molding, ability to prepare and adjust machines for the production process. Responsibilities: Handle, assemble, disassemble, transport, and replace molds, as well as prepare cooling systems and other peripherals; perform pre-adjustment of injection molding machines and release them for production. Assist in the production process regarding injection molding machine operation, part finishing, cleaning, and mill maintenance (when required); carry out preventive and corrective maintenance (minor repairs), cleaning, and preservation of injection molding machines and general production equipment (when required); prepare raw materials and feed injection molding machines (when required); generate maintenance reports for molds, equipment, machines, and devices; Location: Rio Grande da Serra/SP Additional Information **Benefits** * None Reported Requirements and Skills **Education Level** * Not Specified **Must Be Currently Studying?** * Not Applicable **Languages** * None Reported
