Maintain quality standards according to comparative samples. Accurately complete production records. Verify work checklists. Inspect mechanical safety of machines. Correctly identify bags of residue, branches, and scrap. Complete part forms and labels. Follow work instructions and inspection plans for machines. Approve parts according to established standards. Perform nozzle changes when necessary. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the machine and workplace. Clean the injection cylinder (barrel) when required. Keep tools (molds) clean and well-maintained, whether in use or stored away from the machine. Perform assembly, packaging, record-keeping, deburring, and sorting as needed. Previous experience as an Injection Molding Machine Operator, Plastic Injection Operator, Plastic Injection Operator, or Injection Equipment Operator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
