How about becoming part of this energy? \#JoinMoura! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Replace batteries in mobile equipment; * Use instruments to perform measurements and inspections according to standard operating procedures (SOP/LPP), recording information upon battery entry and exit; * Perform corrective maintenance, such as replacing connectors, filling valves, cable insulation, and element repositioning; * Clean batteries and battery rooms using products appropriate for the operation; * Perform battery checklists; * Add deionized water using tools specified for each process; * Open anomaly labels for batteries, cables, and generally for battery rooms; * Reposition elements; * Place batteries into the recharging process using the specific charger corresponding to the battery model; * Provide internal or external customer request support; * Participate in autonomous group meetings, applying TPM methodology to implement operational improvements; * Complete reports and technical assessments; * Implement 5S in battery rooms; * Use and maintain PPE: uniform, safety boots, helmet, goggles, ear protectors, gloves. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Proficiency in handling smartphones and applications; * Technical training in Electrical or Electrotechnical fields is a plus; * Knowledge of industrial batteries is a plus. **Additional Information** Health Plan – Amil; Dental Plan – Porto Odonto; Bem Mais – Benefits; Basic Food Basket (Bonus); Meal Voucher – R$16.50 per working day; Transportation Voucher; Profit Sharing Program; Total Pass; Moura Benefits Club – Partnership Club offering advantages across various categories for daily life (leisure, self-care, pet care, food, courses, shopping, and more); Development Plan – Unimoura (free e-learning courses to support your career development plan).
