Job Summary: Bulk Export Clearance Analyst responsible for document verification, certificate issuance, DUE correction, and coordination with agencies. Key Highlights: 1. Position for **BULK EXPORT CLEARANCE ANALYST (IMMEDIATE START)** In Santos/SP On-site Employment type: CLT **Responsibilities:** · Verification of BL drafts. · Issuance of documents: Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary, Halal, MERCOSUL (Chamber of Commerce, FIEP, CCIMABI). · Issuance and follow-up of LPCO and its requirements. · Correction of DUE on the Single Portal and Ellas system. · Coordination with maritime agencies and port terminals for Mate’s Receipt and BL collection. · Preparation and verification of letters of credit and submission of documents to banks. · Analysis of bulk documentation instructions. · Document dispatch via courier. · Client follow-up. **Requirements and Qualifications:** · Knowledge of bulk export and customs clearance processes; · Completed undergraduate degree in International Trade or related fields. · Intermediate English proficiency: reading and writing. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. · Organized, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team. · Preferred: prior experience at a Customs Brokerage firm. **Benefits:** Base salary: competitive with market standards VA + VT + VR, Medical and Dental Plans.
