Register and verify medical certificates and statutory justifications, tracking ICD codes, periods, and supporting documentation. Guide employees on electronic time clock usage and time recording rules. Conduct onboarding training related to timekeeping policies. Correctly apply the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), agreements, and collective bargaining agreements. Ensure compliance with various work schedule models (e.g., 5x2, 6x1, 12x36, rotating shifts, etc.).
