Previous experience in collaborative and multidisciplinary projects involving universities, ICTs, or companies is desirable. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU DAILY:** * Knowledge of test benches for performance, calibration, and emissions testing of internal combustion engines * Knowledge of injection and ignition systems and ECU programming stages * Familiarity with engine and powertrain component design in CAD environments * Experience in technical management of work packages (WP), including planning, resource allocation, and delivery assurance * Ability to make technical decisions, resolve complex problems, and validate results * Capacity to serve as the primary technical liaison with specific external partners (companies and research institutions) * Competence to guide and mentor junior researchers (Researcher I) and postgraduate scholarship holders * Leadership and organization of technical execution teams, managing ongoing activities and monitoring completion deadlines * Proactivity and willingness to support the research team in practical and technical tasks related to ongoing projects * Ability to collaborate effectively within teams, communicating clearly with researchers and other involved professionals * Advanced English proficiency **ATTENTION!
