JUNIOR SUPPORT ANALYST Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:48 p.m., with a lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Salary: BRL 2,579.97 + 30% hazard pay Job Responsibilities: * Providing user support and assistance * Supporting and configuring desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and peripherals * Supporting WAN and LAN networks; knowledge of ERP Protheus and Android (tablet and smartphone support) is desirable * Basic telephony support Driver's License – Category B Technical Skills: ITIL, configuration of Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, 8, and 10, hardware and peripheral maintenance and configuration, routers, Wi-Fi networks, LAN, WAN, basic telephony.
