It is a strategic role that connects the technology area with production processes. · Provide technical support (hardware and software) to employees. · Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and internal networks. · Directly support the operation and maintenance of laser engravers, laser and inkjet printers, and 3D printers. · Assist in preparing digital files for production (cutting, engraving, and printing). · Monitor and maintain system and IT infrastructure performance. · Organize and manage technology assets (equipment, cables, licenses). · Collaborate on documentation of internal processes and manuals. · Adhere to best practices for information security.
