**INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST** We are seeking an **INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ANALYST** to work in **SANTOS**. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** * Support production IT environments, ensuring availability, stability, and performance; * Respond to and resolve medium-complexity incidents, actively participating in technical analyses Administer Microsoft SQL Server; * Execute and monitor backup, restore, and database integrity validation routines; * Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve incidents; * Participate in maintenance windows, changes, and business continuity (DR) activities; * Document technical procedures and support operational standardization; * Communicate\-with global teams and vendors using technical English. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields; relevant specializations and/or certifications will be considered; * Advanced English proficiency for reading, writing, and technical communication; * Solid foundation in Microsoft SQL Server and experience with Windows Server environments; * Experience supporting systems and production environments, including participation in Change Management processes. * *Cloud and DevOps environment experience, autonomy in SQL Server administration, knowledge of IIS Server, acting as an interface between operations, development, and specialized teams, as well as experience with VMs, Azure SQL, web application hosting, and interaction with pipelines and automations will be considered advantageous.* Our company provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
