Translate business requirements into viable technical solutions, serving as the liaison between internal departments and IT. Support the development and maintenance of integrations between the Coupa platform and ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics. Execute test cycles, validate deliverables, and ensure the technical and functional quality of all implementations. Manage user permissions, workflow configurations, and approval policy definitions within the system. Develop detailed functional documentation and conduct training and capacity-building sessions for end users.
