This role will play a strategic part in developing a centralized data platform serving as the company-wide reference, integrating product, supplier, and importation information, while also supporting automation and intelligent chatbots. We seek a professional with an analytical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, capable of developing scalable systems, optimizing internal processes, and contributing to making technology a competitive advantage for **Método 12P.** **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain internal systems (backend and frontend). * Architect and maintain relational and non-relational databases. * Create and consume REST/GraphQL APIs for system integrations. * Support implementation and evolution of chatbots and AI tools. * Ensure information security and compliance with LGPD. * Translate business needs into clear and effective technical solutions. * Propose and implement continuous improvements to digital systems and processes. **Requirements** * Solid experience in **backend and frontend** development (Node.js, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar). * Knowledge of **SQL/NoSQL** for database modeling and querying. * Experience with **REST/GraphQL APIs**. * Hands-on experience with **system integrations**. * Understanding of **information security** and secure development best practices. **Soft Skills** * Systemic vision and analytical thinking. * Organization and ability to manage priorities. * Clarity in both technical and non-technical communication. * Proactivity and curiosity about emerging technologies. * Ability to balance delivery speed and technical quality. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with **AI/chatbot frameworks**. * Basic understanding of **UX/UI** for more user-friendly internal interfaces.
