Job Summary: Manage and supervise cargo receiving and dispatching operations, lead the operational team, and ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage receiving and dispatching operations for cargo during the shift; Direct and monitor activities of the entire operational team; Ensure the team performs cargo receiving, storage, and dispatching in accordance with company-established procedures, and participate in operational review meetings; Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) with the entire team and ensure all personnel use required PPE during operations; Ensure the workplace remains orderly and clean throughout the work shift; Prepare daily scheduling for the operational team involved in service delivery; Request casual labor (OGMO), validating the request immediately with your direct manager; Call trucks from the regulator yard, respecting the system’s sequential order; Ensure proper loading of cargo onto transport vehicles to preserve its integrity and characteristics during transit; Ensure identification, segregation, and communication to the customer of any cargo damage; Develop cargo sequencing plans for ship holds and complete control spreadsheets for operational SLA management and other controls; Deliver operational training sessions as needed... REQUIREMENTS Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Management Processes, Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of operational areas. Relevant experience in this role.
