Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, scheduling, controlling, and monitoring construction projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive planning and control of construction projects. 2. Continuous alignment with teams and stakeholders. 3. Risk analysis and presentation of results to the executive board. ### **Job Mission** Plan, schedule, control, and monitor the physical and financial progress of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality requirements defined in the project scope. ### **Responsibilities and Activities** * Review and analysis of project documents, specifications, and scope. * Development of the **WBS – Work Breakdown Structure**. * Development and updating of the **physical schedule** (phases, durations, dependencies, and resources). * Planning of the project’s **cash flow**. * Creation of **S-curves** and resource histograms. * Decomposition of the master schedule into **action plans**, weekly and monthly schedules. * Continuous alignment with engineers, foremen, and field teams. * Analysis and monitoring of **planning KPIs**. * Participation in site meetings, coordination sessions, and interface management. * Risk analysis and definition of contingency plans. * Preparation of weekly and monthly executive reports. * Presentation of results to the executive board, clients, and teams. * Technical documentation of project progress for historical project records. ### **Job Requirements** ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, or **Building Construction Technology**. * Additional courses in construction planning are considered advantageous. ### **Technical Knowledge** * MS Project and/or Primavera P6\. * Advanced Excel. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation. * Project management tools: S-curves, WBS, histograms. * Power BI (desirable). * AutoCAD (desirable). ### **Experience** * Prior experience in construction planning, control, or engineering roles. * Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects. ### **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and discipline. * Analytical thinking. * Proactivity and critical thinking. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Systemic vision and results orientation.
