A BPO company is seeking an Accounting Coordinator in São Bernardo do Campo. **Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate the accounting team, ensuring adherence to deadlines and delivery quality. Perform and review accounting journal entries and bank reconciliations. Coordinate monthly accounting closing and conduct account analysis. Prepare accounting reports and financial statements. Ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations. Identify opportunities for improvement in accounting processes and propose solutions. Guide and train the team, promoting continuous development of its members. Manage and maintain updated accounting controls. Previous experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Senior Accounting Analyst, or Accounting Department Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
