If you're looking for a new professional opportunity at a company that invests in its employees and the future, we look forward to receiving your application! **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead SAP MM implementations and enhancements (with occasional PP support) and integrated solutions, ensuring business alignment, timeliness, and quality. Work from requirements gathering through post-go-live stabilization, ensuring efficient processes for production and logistics. * Map processes, gather requirements, and develop functional/technical specifications. * Configure and customize MM (and PP when necessary), integrating with SAP/third-party systems. * Plan and execute tests (unit, integration) and support user validation. * Assess technical feasibility, impacts, timelines, and project budgets. * Monitor and validate data migration between systems. * Produce and maintain documentation (requirements, workflows, configurations, manuals). * Train end users and drive automation/digital transformation within supported areas. * Provide post-go-live support, handle incidents, and implement continuous improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Knowledge in:** * Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects and/or support activities. * Advanced knowledge of MM module functionalities and configuration, including purchasing, inventory control, vendor management, and integration with other modules. * Understanding of production planning processes, production order management, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), and integration with other modules such as SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM. * Familiarity with recent SAP interfaces such as SAP Fiori, and with the SAP S/4HANA platform, especially if the company is transitioning to these new environments. * Knowledge of how PP and MM modules integrate with other SAP modules (such as SD, WM, FI/CO, PM) to ensure seamless information exchange. * Strong analytical skills and business acumen. * Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively. * Proactive attitude and clear communication skills. * Intermediate reading and writing English skills. **Desirable:** * Basic ABAP knowledge for debugging and understanding coded business rules. * Familiarity with modern, user-friendly SAP Fiori user interfaces to enhance user experience. * Certifications such as SAP Material Management (MM). * Knowledge of tools within the SAP BTP scope. * Knowledge and/or prior experience with agile project implementation methodologies. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance/Shuttle service/Internal parking; * Meal allowance; * On-site restaurant; * Medical and hospital coverage; * Medication reimbursement; * Physical therapy; * Workplace gymnastics; * PLR – Profit or Results Sharing; * Group life insurance; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Educational partnership; * Total Pass; * Christmas basket.
