




Job Summary: Coordinates electrical engineering projects, leading development teams and ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness of designed systems, while interfacing with clients and suppliers. Ensures profitable and effective projects meeting client specifications Coordinates projects by leading a technical development team in electrical engineering, covering electrical design, fluid systems design, and programming. Leads the project team and communication with other operational departments within the company. Reviews sketches and designs, assuming responsibility for system operation per assigned project. The objective is to design systems that operate effectively and are cost-efficient. Must understand the client’s project requirements and construction specifications. **Minimum Requirements** **Field of Study:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field / 3 years of relevant experience in a specific business segment (BIW, Chassis, Special Welding, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience **English Proficiency Level:** Advanced **Experience in Role:** 3 years as Junior Electrical Project Coordinator **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Plans, coordinates, and participates in meetings for project planning, execution, and evaluation; * Responsible for internal and external contacts (clients and suppliers) for exchange of information and engineering clarifications; * Prepares technical project budgets; * Provides engineering assistance, advisory services, and consultation; * Leads project teams and technical work; * Directs and executes technical services; * Monitors project progress and deadlines; * Conducts studies, planning, design, and specification of equipment; * Supports the Project Manager in organizing and supervising/monitoring all electrical engineering activities; * Develops detailed equipment concepts and schedules review meetings with Engineering team members; * Creates, reviews, and tracks mechanical engineering process deliverables. Schedules and conducts internal reviews and customer reviews; * Reviews layouts and designs with Engineering department suppliers. Coordinates meetings with project groups and representatives from any other departments, as required; * Schedules and facilitates formal project review meetings between customer representatives and the KUKA project team; * Supports the initial manufacturing meeting and notifies manufacturing and installation teams of any client considerations, requests, and specifications; * Monitors release of all drawings through the KUKA business system; * Responds to field calls from construction suppliers and workshop personnel regarding engineering and related issues; * Ensures all “As-Built” documentation and “Non-Conformities” are updated on drawings provided by manufacturing and installation; * Archives and maintains all component information and drawings per assigned project; * Schedules “FMEA/ERGO” review meetings during the concept phase and at 40% project completion, when necessary; * Ensures projects are profitable; * Monitors and reports all engineering progress to the Project Manager; * Reviews and controls “Controls Line Ups”, electrical drawings, and functional descriptions to ensure accuracy and integrity; * Collects all information generated by an Engineering Change to assess its impact on the project and support cost negotiations as needed; * Understands and complies with safety and environmental regulations, and identifies safety/environmental concerns; * Adheres to the Quality Management System and participates in continuous improvement; * Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
