




**Systems Engineer III** This position is in a **hybrid** model at our **São Bernardo do Campo** unit. **Summary** Professional responsible for defining, integrating, and managing systems throughout their lifecycle. This professional analyzes and understands customer needs, creates technical specifications, develops system architectures, performs verification and validation testing, and ensures technical integration and consistency among the various system components to guarantee proper performance and functionality. Additionally, the systems engineer coordinates the interface between different engineering disciplines and demonstrates proposed solutions to customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Analyze and understand customer requirements through advanced studies, simulations, mock-ups, models, and prototypes; * Support the sales team in preparing technical proposals and definitions for project budgets; * Formalize project and solution specifications and architectures according to customer needs; * Specify and perform integration, verification, validation, and qualification of projects (IVVQ); * Ensure technical consistency of projects; * Conduct technical interface with the customer; * Support project management in monitoring project execution; * Lead technical teams ensuring project execution according to specifications; * Define project technical requirements; * Demonstrate the technical solution to the customer. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field; * Fluent English; * Basic Office Suite skills; * Proficiency in using laboratory tools (Vector and scalar network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, noise figure meters, RF signal power meters for CW and pulsed signals, modulation analyzers, oscilloscopes); * Knowledge of digital and analog hardware and antennas; * Familiarity with electrical circuit simulators (Pspice, ADS, CST, HFSS, Feko); * Familiarity with MATLAB, Simulink, Python, C/C++, VHDL; * Familiarity with MBSE; * Familiarity with signal processing; * Familiarity with military and aerospace standards; * Familiarity with the IVVQ process.
