




Description: * Completed degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Advanced knowledge of Excel; * Experience in the insurance area with health and dental products, and knowledge of current ANS regulations; * Client-focused, professional, collaborative, innovative, organized, resilient, logical reasoning, and assertive communication. * Provide service to a portfolio of high-complexity clients through in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring all are served according to their needs in an agile and accurate manner. * Attend to clients with attentive care, based on dialogue and understanding their needs, aiming to clarify doubts and/or provide necessary information regarding the process of coverage for insurable and non-insurable benefits. * Support clients regarding reimbursement requests and/or pre-approvals, through in-person, telephone, and/or digital tools, ensuring effective reimbursement of expenses incurred from services received outside the accredited network. * Prepare reports and/or presentations with service indicators, through data organization, information, and quantitative and qualitative analysis. * Identify improvement opportunities through mappings conducted during process execution, application of procedures, and workflow, in order to suggest actions enabling continuous improvement in customer service. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as required by the position, according to departmental needs and demands, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. 2511080202181857077
