




Responsible for managing social media, developing dissemination calendars, as well as contributing to the search for partnerships with industries and suppliers, mapping competitors, aiming at audience engagement on the brand's social media, making it a reference for customers across all business units. * Analyze competitors and trends with daily monitoring and tracking carried out through digital channels, as well as verify daily whether social media aligns with brand strategies; * Contribute to business strategy by proposing media social strategies together with the digital agency, respecting the budget to ensure engagement and the metrics established in the annual planning; * Develop promotional calendars through collaborative and integrated work with peer areas to understand objectives and opportunities, always considering regional specifications and particularities; * Contribute to the business's digital media plan by developing it while understanding the challenges and specific moments of each seasonality, as well as seeking adaptation to adverse and unpredictable factors. * Contribute to the compliance and maintenance of processes by seeking knowledge of all campaign and content creation processes, including coordination with agencies, suppliers, timeline management, approval with stakeholders, and daily KPI analysis for adjustments if necessary; * Contribute to business health by seeking partnerships with industries, identifying the most profitable/interesting ones, developing and reporting campaign performance, prioritizing those requiring countermeasures to inform partner suppliers.
