An Information Technology Services company is seeking an Information Security Analyst professional in Diadema. **Responsibilities:** Perform vulnerability scans and analysis using tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or OpenVAS. Conduct end-to-end vulnerability management, including definition, approval, application, and automation of patches/hotfixes. Carry out on-site security assessments in environments such as retail stores, point-of-sale (POS) systems, servers, and Wi-Fi networks. Perform system and infrastructure hardening and compliance scanning. Conduct operational security monitoring, analyzing alerts, managing tickets, and documenting incidents. Provide internal user support on cybersecurity topics and awareness initiatives. Open and follow up on technical service requests with security vendors.
