Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hospitality market, is seeking an HR Analyst for Bourbon Convention Hotel Santos. This professional will assist and support the area manager in all subsystems of Human Resources by performing various activities to ensure compliance with procedures and general policies and human resources policies of Bourbon Hospitalidade, adhering to internal and external rules and procedures, as well as complying with the general policies of Bourbon Hotéis & Resorts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support payroll department processes; * Monitor and keep electronic time cards up to date; * Assist in reviewing and collecting all monthly labor and social charges and obligations; * Support in checking, preparing, and inputting information for processing Payroll, vacations, and terminations to ensure correct payments; * Assist, control, and monitor employee absences for inclusion in the payroll system; * Support benefits management; * Support management in recruitment and selection processes; * Provide employee assistance on various topics related to the area, aiming to guide, clarify doubts, and seek solutions; * Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and execution of projects and programs.
