Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the entire **Emergency Response Program**, including Fire Brigade, ozone leak response, spill management, confined space rescue, working-at-height protocols, and fire team supervision. * Provide **Loss Prevention** support for all continuous improvement projects and modifications. * Support the entire **governmental licensing process** for the site, including AVCB, ANVISA, and audits. * Conduct and manage **Industrial Hygiene assessments** through third-party specialists (noise, thermal stress, lighting, ergonomics, etc.) and support safety programs (PGR, PPR, PCA, etc.). * Ensure ongoing compliance with **EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety)** regulations at local, regional, and national levels, as well as corporate standards. * Lead the **incident investigation database (RCA) management**, tracking action plans for all loss prevention-related accidents, incidents, and near misses. * Prepare and maintain **EHS data analysis and dashboards** for leadership, providing clear insights into accident trends, near misses, training status, and other key EHS metrics. * Supervise and ensure adherence to the site’s **EHS inspection program** (including those conducted by support areas) and track compliance with EHS training requirements. * Promote a strong **safety culture**, managing monthly EHS meetings and coordinating periodic awareness campaigns and communications. * Manage the department’s **operational expenses**. ### **Essential Skills and Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Safety Engineering** (or Occupational Safety Engineering). * Knowledge of **Brazilian Fire Protection Systems Legislation**, NFPA or UL standards. * Solid experience working in **Operations**. * **Advanced English proficiency**. **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey starts with our people — developing strong talent from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to better serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels they truly belong.
