It promotes diversity and inclusion in its practices, encouraging participation from people with diverse abilities and experiences. **Location**: São Bernardo do Campo, São Paulo **Qualifications**: \- Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, studying during evening hours; \- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn; \- Organizational skills and daily proactivity; \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Responsibilities**: * Support activities related to change management and engineering changes (ECR); * Monitor new product developments and product changes, as well as assist in updating required technical documentation and files; * Develop schedules to organize engineering activities; * Assist in productivity initiatives, interfacing with other departments; * Create and review structures for new items and control Bill of Materials (BOM); * Initiate purchase requisitions for changes and engineering-related services.
