Participate in menu planning meetings with the responsible Nutritionist. 1. Pre-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or special diets; 2. Organize the workstation with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3. Assemble and replenish food items; 4. Ensure the final product’s presentation; 5. Conduct product tastings and approvals (when responsible for the shift); 6. Ensure food replenishment at the distribution counter; 7. Collect and label food samples; 8. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas; 9. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards, as well as occupational health and safety requirements, during task execution, per the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual; 10. Perform related tasks; 11.
