Infobase is a company specialized in information technology solutions, offering consulting services, software development, and technical support. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain integrations using Python, consuming REST and GraphQL APIs from Pipefy and internal systems. Implement data synchronization routines, including record creation and updates, phase and status transitions, field mirroring, and assignment of responsible parties. Configure and maintain webhooks, events, and processing routines such as phase changes and field updates. Ensure robust error handling with timeout control, retry mechanisms, rate limiting, and structured logging for auditing and troubleshooting. Create clear documentation including README files, environment setup instructions, execution guidelines, and support procedures. Provide operational support by assisting in bug fixes, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements to workflows. Bachelor's degree in progress required.
