Responsibilities and duties Ensure tests are conducted in compliance with national and international standards, such as (ISO, ASTM and others), specifications, and other specific requirements. Record and document the results of each test. Input sample testing entry information into PIPEFY and, together with the manager, establish deadlines and priorities. Prepare technical reports when necessary. Ensure testing procedures meet customer requirements and industry regulations. Provide technical data to assist in strategic decision-making. Collaborate with the QA and production teams to ensure produced materials (in-house) meet quality requirements. Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and methodologies used. Support the R&D team with tests for new product development or adjustments to product properties. Keep all standards used in physical testing organized and listed. Request quotations for new equipment, calibrations, and external tests. Produce all technical documentation for all products. Stay updated on relevant standards for each country to which we send our documentation. Register formulations within the technical documentation software. Request information from specialists during technical documentation preparation. Identify opportunities to improve technical documentation creation and information processes. Keep all standards used in documentation creation organized and listed. Request documentation modifications in the system.
