We are committed to service quality and to meeting agreed-upon deadlines with our customers. **ERP ACCOUNTING/TAX IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT** **JOB DESCRIPTION** Lead the implementation and delivery of Sankhya solutions, ensuring project success, customer satisfaction, and business results. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Analyze the macro scope of the project/demand; * Conduct process analysis and definition within the Sankhya solution for clients, for projects of varying complexity; * Propose process and routine improvements for clients where applicable, for projects of varying complexity; * Configure the system according to defined processes; * Monitor system go-live and post-implementation performance; * Simulate and validate implemented processes with end users at client sites; * Address ad-hoc requests aligned with your Sankhya certification skill level and low-to-high complexity; * Complete documentation related to the implementation methodology per activities identified in the scope; * Audit projects of complexity levels 1 and 2 to identify non-conformities; * Accurately complete service orders daily and obtain client validation per service execution; * Execute pending service orders assigned to you according to agreed priorities; * Mediate conflicts and sustain relationships among stakeholders involved in projects; * Conduct in-person training sessions for internal service teams; * Ensure adherence to project schedules; * Ensure validation of project documentation; * Support project sizing and direction to achieve agreed objectives; * Lead projects, managing required resources and delivering promised deliverables to clients; * Contribute to applying industry/segment best practices in management to support clients’ business evolution, ensuring the solution’s benefits are tangible, for projects of varying complexity. \#JoinSankhya **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. * Advanced computer skills (Windows OS, Microsoft Office suite, Internet); * Intermediate knowledge of ERP systems; * Intermediate knowledge of business processes, requirements, and rules; * Conceptual understanding of accounting and tax processes; * Prior experience in software implementation; * Intermediate knowledge of database systems (Oracle/SQL); * Familiarity with AI applied to business; * Basic knowledge of BI tools (Mitra, Power BI, Tableau...); * Familiarity with indicator-based management. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * Subsidized parking; * KM and parking reimbursement (for in-person client engagements); * Training workshops and continuous learning opportunities; * Paid leave of 10 business days upon each annual contract anniversary; * TotalPass benefit; * Zenklub benefit; * Birthday day-off; **Hiring Process Steps** 1\.
