With corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100. **Job Description** * Technical reference with broad data vision—from foundational structuring (medallion layer)—connecting business strategy to solve product pain points with intelligent data solutions. * Technical leadership of data projects—from requirements mapping through architecture modeling to data delivery. * Collaboration in multidisciplinary data teams, called domains, serving product/tech teams based on the Data Mesh model for data architecture and team structuring. * Contribute to the design, documentation, maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of our data code and tools. * Identify opportunities for improvement in our ETL platform, perform root-cause analysis of issues, and ensure monitoring and operational sustainability. * Translate business needs into solutions aligned with the data platform’s tools and strategies. * Experience implementing and maintaining data pipelines developed in Python/PySpark and hosted on AWS Data Lake, with Databricks processing. * Ability to write optimized SQL queries to solve highly complex problems. * Expertise in programming with general-purpose languages (e.g., Python, Scala, etc.). * Knowledge of various database architecture and modeling techniques for analytical purposes (e.g., Data Mart, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, etc.) and medallion architecture. * Familiarity with software development best practices such as clean code, CI/CD, unit testing, and design patterns. * Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders from both technical and business areas. **Qualifications** * Data visualization tools: Tableau/Power BI * Building data pipelines in Python/PySpark * Best practices in code development and Data Quality * Understanding of software engineering best practices tailored to the analytical domain. * Experience in digital product environments and knowledge of key metrics—preferably in the financial sector. **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
