Pizzaiolo – Pizzeria (Buffet, À la Carte, and Delivery) ​**Area and Professional Specialization:** Food Service / Gastronomy \- Kitchen **Hierarchical Level:** Operational **Work Location:** Praia Grande, SP **Employment Type:** CLT **Work Schedule:** Night Shift ​Responsibilities * ​Preparation and production of artisanal dough in large scale. * ​Assembly and topping of pizzas strictly following the house standard. * ​Operation and control of **electric conveyor oven**. * ​Ensure a fast output pace to serve the dining room (buffet) and delivery orders. * ​Organization of *mise en place* (pre\-preparation and portioning of ingredients). * ​Maintenance of cleanliness and hygiene in the work area. ​Requirements * ​**Proven experience in this role** (experience in buffet service is a plus). * ​Agility in the pace of pizza assembly and conveyor oven baking. * ​Residence in Praia Grande/SP. ​Work Schedule * ​**6x1 Rotation** (1 day off per week \+ 1 Sunday off per month). * ​**Sunday to Thursday:** 4:30 PM to 12:00 AM. * ​**Friday and Saturday:** 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM. ​Additional Benefits * ​Salary: To be negotiated. * ​Commission / Productivity bonus. * ​Transportation allowance. * ​On\-site meals.
