Join **Kona Transportes** and contribute to the expansion and success of our national infrastructure. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise transportation logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in customer service. * Manage product distribution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Supervise operational teams (drivers, assistants, checkers, logistics leader, and operations assistant). * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements to routes, costs, and loss reduction. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal policies. * Plan resources and track service-level agreement (SLA) targets. * Manage the truck fleet (automatic trucks) and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience coordinating logistics operations, preferably in food transportation; * Knowledge of team management and performance indicator (KPI) monitoring; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in transporting refrigerated, frozen, and dry products; * Knowledge of occupational safety applied to logistics operations. **Additional Information** * Fuel allowance or transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Basic food basket (after probationary period); * Health plan (after probationary period); * Dental plan (after probationary period).
