**RESPONSIBILITIES** · Hire freight carriers/aggregators; · Contract freight services (third-party), and contract plates/companies for cargo transshipment; · Manage and optimize the complete cycle of international logistics operations, from planning through to final delivery; · Coordinate driver, fleet, and documentation teams, ensuring compliance with SASSMAQ standards and regulations governing the transport of hazardous goods; · Supervise international transportation operations (Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, and Peru), ensuring efficiency, adherence to deadlines, and safety; · Implement and monitor operational and financial performance KPIs, proposing continuous improvements; · Control operational and maintenance costs, performing comparative analyses and cost-reduction plans; · Administer contracts and relationships with international suppliers and customers; · Collaborate with Executive Management on strategic planning and expansion of international operations; · Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. **​** **REQUIREMENTS** · Relevant work experience; · Bachelor’s degree; · Basic Spanish; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; · Knowledge of fleet management, MIC/CRT issuance, and MDFE/CTE issuance; · Familiarity with suppliers/mechanics in the São Paulo/ABC region. **Compensation:** R$10,000.00 to R$12,000.00 per month (depending on candidate profile) + comprehensive benefits package. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
