If you are organized, comfortable with operational controls, and enjoy working in a dynamic transportation and logistics environment, this opportunity may be right for you. **Main Responsibilities:** Support logistics operations in planning and monitoring cargo transportation. Perform **daily scheduling of vehicles and drivers**, maintaining operational control via spreadsheets and systems. Carry out **driver and vehicle registration with risk management companies**, and monitor trip release processes. Request **cargo tracking** and monitor trip status. Control and organize **transport documents** (CT-e, pickup orders, and delivery confirmations). Monitor **pickups and deliveries**, reporting information to the customer service team. Record operational information in the system, such as **trip times, fuel refills, and incidents**. Support **third-party freight control**, contracts, and debit notices. Perform **cargo endorsement with insurance providers**, and monitor risk management-related processes. Control **vehicle seals, pouches, and operational documents**. Support administrative routines of operations, such as document organization, partner communication, and driver team support. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields preferred). Basic knowledge of **Excel and operating systems**. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication ability. Prior experience in **transportation, logistics, or operations** is desirable. **Advantages:** Experience with **risk management companies, CT-e, or cargo tracking**.
