Focused on the* ***Food Service**** market, the company aims to provide efficient and customized logistics solutions, maintaining a continuous commitment to meeting client demands promptly and securely.* *Join* ***Kona Transportes*** *and contribute to the expansion and success of our national infrastructure.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate and supervise transportation logistics operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in customer service. * Manage product distribution, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Supervise operational teams (drivers, assistants, verifiers, logistics team leaders, and operations assistants). * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements to routes, costs, and loss reduction. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal policies. * Plan resources and track service-level agreement (SLA) targets. * Manage the truck fleet (automatic trucks) and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience coordinating logistics operations, preferably in food transportation; * Knowledge of team management and performance indicator (KPI) monitoring; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in refrigerated, frozen, and dry product transportation; * Knowledge of occupational safety applied to logistics operations. **Benefits:** * Fuel Allowance or Commuter Pass; * Meal Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Basic Food Basket (after probationary period); * Health Insurance (after probationary period); * Dental Insurance (after probationary period).
