Responsibilities and duties * Know and comply with the guidelines of the Code of Conduct and Professional Ethics and regulatory documents related to the company's Integrity Program, as well as promptly report to the Confidential Channel any suspicion or knowledge of unethical behavior affecting the company’s business and operations; \- Prepare daily reports of driver clock-ins; \- Analyze collected data to identify possible irregularities in the calculation of working hours; \- Record incidents when irregularities occur, such as absences and/or incorrect clock-in records, and in cases of non-compliance with guidelines; \- Request acknowledgment from employees for all reported incidents; \- Share and update the immediate manager regarding identified incidents and pending issues; \- Maintain full-time communication with drivers to address questions and issues related to task compliance and provide effective solutions; \- Request support and/or provide information to the Risk Management Department; \- Comply with the policies and requirements of the Integrated Management System; \- Comply with controls established for Aspects and Impacts, and Hazards and Risks related to your activities; \- Follow instructions corresponding to your role and perform other related and inherent duties of the position. \- Perform driver shift control and productivity analysis \- Perform driver shift control \- Support the Operations Leader and cover for GR operators, Transit time and shift control on CGR-related matters; \- Monitor driver shifts throughout trips, ensuring compliance with driver regulations; Requirements and qualifications High School Diploma (completed) **Basic knowledge:** Knowledge of tracking/telematics systems.
