If you seek to join a multinational company that values its people, encourages professional development, and fosters an increasingly diverse and inclusive environment**, join our team.** **Dare to go beyond with us!** ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, register, and track building maintenance service requests from Shopee locations. * Perform technical triage of requests, classifying urgency levels and prioritizing emergency responses. * Route requests to responsible teams, ensuring proper workflow management. * Monitor request progress until resolution, keeping internal clients updated. * Ensure adherence to established SLAs for each type of incident. * Support the development of operational metrics and reports. ### **Technical Requirements:** * Knowledge of building maintenance, including low-voltage electrical systems, plumbing installations, civil maintenance, and general building systems. * Ability to technically identify the nature of incidents to ensure correct classification and routing of service requests. * Prior experience in help desks, facilities management, building maintenance, or Facilities Help Desk/Service Desk operations is desirable. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
