If you take **Pride in Belonging**, act with **Intelligence and Innovation**, and aim for **High-Level Results**, apply now for our open position: ***Backup Customer Service Agent*** — this is your place! **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, or in person during peak demand periods or when other agents are unavailable; * Assist in resolving issues and ensure uninterrupted service delivery; * Temporarily replace absent agents (e.g., vacations, leaves), maintaining service quality; * Log and track service requests, ensuring accurate information and timely status updates for customers; * Reduce backlog during call volume spikes, always adhering to established deadlines; * Collaborate with the team to identify improvements in customer service processes and participate in training sessions to enhance service quality. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma (completed); * Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is desirable. * Driver's License — Category B * Personal Vehicle Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$1.937,48 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a Category B driver's license?
