Knowledge of sanitary regulations and laws This position is open for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to carry out restaurant operational activities: perform all kitchen tasks, such as pre-preparation, preparation, and finishing of meals; organize and clean the kitchen, storage area, dining area, and receive goods/supplies. We seek agile individuals with proactivity, organization, and teamwork skills. In-depth knowledge of sanitary regulations and laws is essential.
