**Job Mission** Lead and organize the cleaning team responsible for the **internal and external hygiene of the bus fleet, maintenance and cleaning of the company yard and facilities**, ensuring **quality, safety and preservation standards** for environments and vehicles. **Main Responsibilities** * **Supervise and assign daily tasks** to the internal and external bus cleaning team; * **Ensure proper vehicle sanitation**, including windows, upholstery, floors and exterior body; * **Monitor cleaning checklists and vehicle release procedures** prior to scheduled departures; * **Conduct periodic inspections** to ensure compliance with quality standards; * **Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of the yard, administrative areas, restrooms, break room and other common spaces;** * **Control and request cleaning supplies, products and equipment**, ensuring proper usage and avoiding waste; * **Support the team in operational activities whenever necessary (“hands-on approach”);** * **Train and guide staff** on best practices for cleaning, safety and organization; * **Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE usage and proper waste disposal;** * **Monitor reports on cleaned vehicles and completed services, keeping management informed;** * **Oversee the preservation of company equipment and facilities.** **Requirements** **Education:** * High School Diploma. **Experience:** * **Proven experience leading cleaning teams**, preferably within **transportation, shuttle or tourism companies**; * Experience with **automotive cleaning routines** (interior and exterior of buses); * Experience with **vehicle release checklists**. **Desired Knowledge:** * Automotive and building cleaning techniques; * Basic maintenance and yard preservation concepts; * Control of cleaning materials and products; * Good occupational health and safety practices. **Behavioral Competencies** * Leadership and sense of responsibility; * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and hands-on attitude (“mão na massa”); * Good communication and teamwork; * Commitment to deadlines and quality; * Interpersonal skills; * Negotiation and interaction with departments; * Discipline, punctuality and care for company assets. **Working Conditions** * Work performed in yards, garages and indoor environments; * Exposure to cleaning products and heavy vehicles; * Mandatory use of PPE; * Operational shifts, with possible night schedules, weekends and holidays according to operational needs. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Quality of internal and external fleet cleaning; * Adherence to sanitation schedules; * Organization and upkeep of yard and facilities; * Material consumption and control; * Driver and operational area satisfaction; * Cleaning team engagement and performance.
