Modular construction company with its own factory in Praia Grande, delivering projects across the Baixada Santista region. We operate differently from conventional construction and seek an intern eager to understand and be part of this approach.
You will work directly with the team responsible for budgeting and planning the company’s projects—from factory design through to site execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Supporting budget preparation (surveys, quantity take-offs, and basic cost compositions).
Conducting quantity take-offs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings under supervision.
Assisting in organizing cost databases (materials, labor, equipment, and services).
Supporting project/works planning (schedules, phases, milestones, follow-up).
Updating simple tracking reports and controls (productivity, progress, pending items, critical items).
Supporting interface with design teams and suppliers to gather information (quotations, lead times, specifications).
**Requirements:**

* Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering (or related fields), minimum 5th semester (flexible).
* Proficiency in Excel.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is a plus).
* Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Familiarity with MS Project (or similar tools) and/or foundational planning knowledge.
* Experience with AutoCAD/Revit (academic experience accepted).
* Interest in modular construction / construction industrialization.
