




### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Perform concurrent cleaning in internal departments according to the daily routine and established procedures, ensuring proper organization and cleanliness under the contract; Perform bed linen changes and terminal cleaning in departments according to the scheduled routine and timeline, following established standards, ensuring proper organization and cleanliness under the contract; Inspect departments and, when necessary, replenish dispensers and supplies, ensuring environmental preservation and continuous floor-level restocking; Remove waste from departments and rooms according to established protocols, delivering it to temporary disposal areas; Record times of concurrent/terminal cleaning in the RAD (Daily Activity Report), entering start and end times and additional information (when required) for activity tracking; Ensure proper use of uniforms and PPEs, personal hygiene, and correct handling of materials and products, in accordance with company standards, hygiene protocols, supervision by immediate superiors, and occupational safety regulations; Organize the DML (Clean Material Storage) and cleaning supplies, functional carts and/or supply baskets, according to established standards; Hand over organized materials (functional cart and supply basket) and DML, as per the POP (Standard Operating Procedure) protocol, to the next shift worker, ensuring continuity of service quality; Correctly dilute chemical cleaning products, adhering to occupational safety recommendations, manufacturer instructions, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and completed training. Follow pre-established schedules—daily, weekly, and monthly; Perform related tasks within the scope of one’s competencies, upon request by the immediate supervisor. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** MINIMUM EDUCATION: Incomplete Elementary School. (In the absence of documentary proof of education level, the application form confirming literacy shall prevail.) PREFERRED: Complete Elementary School. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE IN FIELD: Not applicable.
