With a focus on quality and innovation, it serves various market segments. **Responsibilities:** Develop and monitor projects related to new products and processes. Create technical specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation for products and processes. Conduct tests, validations, and performance analyses to ensure product quality. Support material, component, and technology selection relevant to projects. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Research & Development departments. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in products and processes. Participate in failure analysis using tools such as FMEA and problem-solving methodologies. Ensure projects comply with applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor project schedules and performance indicators under one's responsibility. Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Process Specialist, Quality Analyst, or Product Engineer may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
