The company is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in Diadema. **Responsibilities:** Present the operational journey to clients. Conduct technical and operational training. Support certification and homologation processes. Assist integrations via API (REST/JSON/Postman). Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs). Support incident resolution and propose continuous improvements. Document operational processes and procedures. Facilitate communication and alignment between technical and business areas. Perform data analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
