




We currently have an opening for a Senior Human Resources Analyst and are seeking talented professionals to strengthen our HR team. Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Selection: Managing recruitment processes and monitoring related KPIs; supporting the Onboarding Program. * Performance and Development: Aligning performance and development strategy and cycle, people strategy (career and succession planning), and job descriptions; overseeing the Language Program and other development initiatives. * Training: Planning and executing internal training and leadership development programs; managing external training and related KPIs; liaising with Fronius International’s HR Development and Learning teams. * Climate and Engagement: Supporting engagement initiatives, surveys, and action plans in collaboration with leadership. * Internal Communication/Endomarketing: Producing and validating internal communications, events, culture-building activities, employer branding efforts, and managing internal committees. * Metrics and Budgeting: Monitoring HR budgets and organizing HR-related metrics.
