Become the next Crafter and help us build the future—together. **Responsibilities and duties** * Support in the issuance, verification, and organization of export documentation (Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Certificates, among others). * Assistance in entering data into internal systems and carrier portals. * Support in tracking FCL shipments, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted within deadlines. * Communication with agents, customs brokers, and carriers to align on documentary requirements. * Assistance in the pre-analysis of shipping instructions and submission of draft Bills of Lading for approval. * Organization of physical and digital files, ensuring full document traceability. * Support in following up on process stages, contributing to smooth operational flow. * Assistance in general administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * Availability to work standard business hours (9:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Spanish is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. **Additional information** * Scholarship allowance. * Hybrid work model—3 days at the office and 2 days remotely (after training). * Health insurance. * Meal voucher. * Transportation voucher. * Life insurance. * Support program. * SESC partnership. * TotalPass and partnership with Bluefit gym network. * E-learning platform.
