ABOUT THE ROLE Sell products by establishing direct contact with customers, adopting a consultative approach—identifying customer needs and proposing the most suitable solution to meet those needs, with the objective of achieving established sales targets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct sales through regular visits and customer service to end users and distributors within your assigned territory/region. * Visit end users to present technical developments that bring process improvements to customers. * Prepare technical reports to present results to customers. * Conduct periodic visits to distributors to align information and goals, as well as review action plans—assessing pricing, demand, and service quality. * Participate in trade fairs and industry events. * Train distributors and end users through training sessions to promote our brand, highlight the unique advantages of our products, and ultimately improve sales performance. * Comply with all applicable Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Environmental Protection regulations, as defined by law and formalized by Sandvik locally and globally. ABOUT YOU * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Experience in commercial or technical roles. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Knowledge of ISO 9001 / ISO 14000. * Valid driver’s license. TYPE OF CONTRACT CLT (Permanent employment). WORK LOCATION Primarily based in the Belo Horizonte region—MG, with occasional travel to the states of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo, plus availability for trips to São Paulo city when required.
