Responsibilities * Issue daily reports on department incidents; * Supervise maintenance and upkeep of machines, generators, fire pumps, and various motors; * Generate preventive and corrective reports daily; * Monitor stores under construction; oversee ETE operations; Management of SYSMAN software. * Analyze projects for new stores and renovations; * Preventive maintenance in electrical systems, equipment, civil works, plumbing, and telecommunications; * Guide employees regarding the use of PPE; * Assign tasks according to prior planning; * Forward employee timekeeping incident forms to HR; * Collaborate with the Operations Manager to create maintenance schedules; * Collaborate with the Operations Manager to prepare monthly improvement reports; * Operate communication devices such as HT radios. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture. * Experience in electrical, mechanical, civil areas of large projects, and chilled water plant. * Ability to organize and manage multiple simultaneous tasks. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of contract management tools and reporting is a plus.
